What types of groups do you work with?

Retirement residences, long-term care communities, seniors' clubs, community centres, faith-based groups, and private families booking sessions for a loved one or a small gathering.
Are supplies included?

Yes. Supplies for most standard projects are included in the workshop price. Specialty materials, very large groups, or custom themes may be quoted separately so you always know what's included.
Do you offer recurring programs?

Yes. Monthly (4 workshops) and quarterly (12 workshops) packages are popular with residences and community centres. We can also design a year-round rhythm tied to your activity calendar and seasons.
Can workshops be adapted for different ability levels?

Absolutely. Every session is designed to welcome a range of abilities — including limited mobility, vision changes, and cognitive differences. Projects are adapted in the moment so every participant finishes something they're proud of.
Where do you offer service?

Mobile, on-site service throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Aviva brings everything needed directly to your residence, community centre, or home.
How far in advance should we book?

For recurring residence programs, 2–4 weeks of lead time is ideal. Private and small group sessions can often be scheduled within a week or two depending on availability.
Do you offer themed or holiday workshops?

Yes — holiday crafts, seasonal decor, memory art, mixed media experiences, and intergenerational projects are all available. Custom themes are designed around your group or occasion.
Is the work resident-friendly to photograph and share?

Yes. Projects are designed to look beautiful when finished — photo-friendly for newsletters, family updates, and resident keepsakes (with appropriate consent).
